How group training works →Which course does your team need?
Clinical and healthcare roles — nurses, CNAs, dental teams, EMS, pharmacists, therapists and students entering clinical programs — usually need BLS Provider. It's the provider-level card most healthcare employers and licensing boards ask for.
Everyone else at work — office, warehouse, retail, school and facilities staff — usually needs Heartsaver CPR & AED, often combined with First Aid in the same session.
Anyone with exposure to blood or body fluids on the job — medical and dental offices, custodial staff, schools, body-art studios — needs Bloodborne Pathogens training every year under OSHA's standard.
Schools building their Janet's Law emergency plan should start with CPR & AED training for schools.
